Pharmacists Assistants Training Program

This is also a two year full time Certificate program registered and accredited by the NQA of Namibia. Attachments are done at hospitals and in addition to the two years training periods, the second year students are sent to district hospitals in all 14 regions for a period of two months for their final internship attachment.

Career opportunities include working in areas of Health Pharmacy, Community Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Industry, Health Supply Chain Management, Disease Prevention and Public Health, Promotion and Health Related Research. Requirements: Grade 12 with at least % qualifying subjects including English, Maths and a health related Science subject with symbol E or Higher with a minimum aggregate of 20 points.
